Spotting a liar in poker can be done by doing conversations. Almost all better poker players talk a lot during a game. They observe your reaction when you are stressed and relax. They will also identify your natural reactions and compare it with your game reactions if you are bluffing or not.

Natural reactions can be the basis of some good poker players to get a great tell that can be used against you. To use this on your own, you better be an observant poker player. Always make sure that you see that natural reactions of your opponents firsthand.
