Up until recently, those people who like to play online bingo were somewhat isolated from the other people who had the same interest. They would sit there goggle eyed, looking at the screen, keeping an eye on their bank balance. The only interruption would be the player’s partner telling them that 4 hours worth of bingo was enough, or maybe if one was lucky, an impromptu phone call creating a stir in the adjacent room. Oh how things have changed.

Recently, the more popular online bingo sites such as Foxy Bingo, located in the United Kingdom, have added user interaction functionality to their bingo software. This not only allows players to see who else is online, and at times put a face to the user, but it also allows for further celebration of wins, and encouragement for newer players. For example, if I was to have a large win on one of my online tickets, not only would I be throwing my hands in the air with vigour, but I would also be flooded with congratulatory comments from the other participants of the game. What a great idea! Each time I play bingo there seems to be a cool new feature added or coming soon. It just proves that innovation is the key to success with online entertainment.
